Clients looking to maintain a regular standing appointment can do so for services pertaining to brows and facials only. Standing appointment can not exceed 12 months and will need to establish a new standing at the end of the original standing schedule. Client understands that by scheduling appointments far out in advance may potentially be rescheduled in the case it conflicts with the artist's schedule. In scenarios such as this, unless it is an emergency; the artist will reach out at least 2 weeks in advance to get you rescheduled to the next available time that works for both the client and artist. In order to schedule standing appointments, the first three appointments will require a retainer at time of booking and is non-refundable. After that, the artist can schedule the remaining appointments out as a thank you for pre-booking. As long as the client follows the standard cancellation/reschedule protocols, their standings will remain intact for the duration that it is set in place. However, if an appointment breaches the policy, remaining standing appointments will require a retainer in order to keep current standings OR all appointments will be cancelled and moving forward client will only be able to schedule through the booking site (see cancellation policy for full detailed breakdown). If the client needs to cancel standing appointments for any reason, please alert the artist at least two weeks in advance.
